1. App hasn't been updated in 6mo at this point.I have to keep trying multiple times to get the app to respond to swipes, when I click on something it doesn't always go through, I can edit the location but not the order until the next screen so I tried to go back and it dumped all the work I already did trying to place my order.

2. And after waiting 7 minutes in the app to check out I switched to a different app to copy credit card number and the OC app went back to the home screen and lost my order.

3. The app froze on the checkout page and didn't let me click the button to place my order, minimized and it lost it all.Deleted after 20 minutes.

4. - I almost wanted to go back to use their (also pretty bad) website, but I was too invested after the fourth or fifth time I left the app and came back to the main menu.

5. Scrolling is not smooth at all and it may record multiple screen presses seconds later and unselect the thing you intended or move the screen in between clicks and select something you did not intend.

6. Worst app to order food on that I have used.Although the functionality seems fairly complete, every action requires three clicks to get the touch to take.

7. Hit the back button and it takes you back to the main page and lose you order.

8. The problem is that these specials NEVER show up on the app! (Nor are they on the website, but that's a different problem.) This app is totally useless so I'm reminded why I uninstalled it the first time.

9. After finally getting in my order, it said password was bad & started over from scratch including finding the restaurant.

10. - It doesn't use GPS to find where the closest restaurant is, but it requests location permissions anyway.

11. - Any time you leave the app, it takes you back to the main menu, which is asinine.

1. Fix O'Charley's O'Club Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart O'Charley's O'Club: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the O'Charley's O'Club App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "O'Charley's O'Club" » Open O'Charley's O'Club » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for O'Charley's O'Club » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear O'Charley's O'Club app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from O'Charley's O'Club servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "O'Charley's O'Club" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check O'Charley's O'Club app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, O'Charley's O'Club might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall O'Charley's O'Club. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall O'Charley's O'Club then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing O'Charley's O'Club not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make O'Charley's O'Club be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to O'Charley's O'Club not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, O'Charley's O'Club may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
