If that's the case, why dont you mention in the app itself, so I'll not waste my time choosing the dish and get the disappointment in the end.Poor service I used the app and paid with credit card and once i reached for douple secure it crashed so i refreshed the page and i went to payment page again so i paid again and this time it went through, but the branch called me and canceled my order coz they didn't have a driver and yet they didn't refund my money, and when I checked my bank I found that they took for the order 2 times and I paid 194.4 uae for order cost 97.2😡 and yet didnt get any thing not the meal nor the money.. 😡😡😡Really pathetic and useless app.

2. I'm uninstalling the app now.Horrible service, horrible app, i made a pre order at 9am and paid via credit card and spent close to 60 dirhams just calling the useless call center to give me a number for a branch, horrible managment.

3. Good experience but branch didn't become aware of my order until after 15 minutes when I called the branch.

4. Do not order online from them, absolutely not worth it.Something's wrong with your app can't update your new update when trying to put the profile together you cannot put your telephone number in.

5. After 75 min when I called to inquire they said we have no driver due to which order is still pending and in 30 min they are going to close, so its upto me whether to wait or cancel.

6. Once I placed the order, sales man from the outlet called me and said, that minimum order should be 50AED , so I had to cancel my order.

7. There is no option to contact anybody either.Couldn't select my location, couldn't sign in because the phone number field kept putting in digits that i couldn't delete.

9. The location nearest to me has reviews of being slow, so an accurate ETA provided - even if prep takes a while - would really help create the customer experience I require.

10. It keeps saying invalid phone number and it shows the closest location to be in Dubai when I'm in North America.
