1. With all of the news about companies taking advantage of location data, you really shouldn't be forcing people to potentially risk their security to use your app, when it is unnecessary.App works well enough to place orders, but the function that brings you back to the main menu after adding an item to the order is infuriatingly annoying if I'm trying to add multiple things from the same product category.

2. Also, this may be a regional thing, but the list of items available to order for pickup is disappointing (though only displaying the most common items may be due to lack of live inventory management).

3. I ordered and paid online so I didn't expect to wait too long for the order, plus it was early morning and the kitchen wasn't busy, but it took 40 minutes total (20 minutes to get there, another 20 for the order)AND I ended up going in anyway.

4. What's the point of saving favorites if you can't quickly order the same items at ANY QuikTrip? Also, it would be nice to be able to provide feedback on individual QT locations through the app.

5. Will tell you items are not available, then you reset and it is available(sometimes you need to reset for each item being added).

6. No alternative options on ordered food, constantly have to update a location, can save orders while searching stores for pickup.

7. My major issue with it is the fact that I have to have location services on in order to do anything.

8. The store didn't even bother to contact me about the order.

9. Worst experience so far at the Scottsdale & Hancock location this morning.Tried the on-lot delivery option but pretty disappointed in the experience.

1. Fix QuikTrip Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QuikTrip: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QuikTrip App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QuikTrip" » Open QuikTrip: Food, Coupons & Fuel » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QuikTrip » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QuikTrip: Food, Coupons & Fuel app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QuikTrip servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QuikTrip: Food, Coupons & Fuel" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QuikTrip app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QuikTrip might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QuikTrip. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QuikTrip then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QuikTrip not working

2. Fix QuikTrip Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QuikTrip be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QuikTrip not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QuikTrip may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
