Auntie Anne’s Rewards Customer Insights

1. Additionally, redeeming any coupon leaves you with a measly 20 minutes to use it, when it could easily be something like an hour to provide ample time for use without issue.The app doesn't work anymore.

2. Please bring back the old version of paper printout! APP is useless if it doesn't show any promos when I get them in emails but it says to open in app to get it!Not able to complete in order using the app.

3. Everything was in one page so you have to scroll all the way till you get to the section you want when ordering and it asks for location again if you order more than one item.Can't use the app, ofc on free pretzel day.

4. Started counting down from 1 minute to use in person despite being app only! Now lost my UNUSED coupon!!!What you get on emails for a free pretzel, or BOGO, or a free dip, well, I can't find them in my app even when it's within the limited time period.

5. You can only use one coupon per purchase, which forces the user to send through 5 different purchases if they want to use their coupons, which just creates a bad time for the poor people working in the store.

6. You can mark a store as a "Favorite", but this oddly in no way saves the option, so you still have to do a search for it when you want to make an order, or view offers.

7. It just doesn't show in the app at all! We should be able to download and print it on hardcopy in case app doesn't work or if store has terrible wifi reception.

8. Impossible to figure out how to edit any order, menu is an absolute mess where it's all on one page, and worst of all, impossible to use any coupon.

9. Tried to use BOGO coupon from T-Mobile reward, and at first, it wouldnt even show up in my rewards, until restarting multiple times.

10. I can open the app fine but if I try to see my rewards or click on anything else, the screen goes back to the picture of the stack of pretzels with lemonade and the Auntie Anne's logo.

11. Crashed when I tried to apply a reward, then wouldn't even let me start a new order when I closed out to try again.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Auntie Anne’s Rewards Issues

1. Fix Auntie Anne’s Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Auntie Anne’s Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Auntie Anne’s Rewards App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Auntie Anne’s Rewards" » Open Auntie Anne’s Rewards » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Auntie Anne’s Rewards » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Auntie Anne’s Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Auntie Anne’s Rewards servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Auntie Anne’s Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Auntie Anne’s Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Auntie Anne’s Rewards might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Auntie Anne’s Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Auntie Anne’s Rewards then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Auntie Anne’s Rewards not working


2. Fix Auntie Anne’s Rewards Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Auntie Anne’s Rewards be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Auntie Anne’s Rewards not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Auntie Anne’s Rewards may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
