Constantly issues with the payment page not loading, especially after you had to switch to another app to confirm the payment for example This is especially frustrating when you've been excited to order some food because you have a voucher, only for the payment process to fail and your voucher to become invalid for a day, leaving you sad and hungryCould you please not update the current address with my "approximate" location when I already chose the correct address from the list? Like, I open the app, choose my address from the dropdown, start scrolling and then the whole UI reloads and jumps to the top with an incorrect location *near* me, possibly from some geo location service.

2. So I am unable to order food with my smartphone only, I always need a second device.... It would be nice, if this issue could be fixed.I hate this app! Automatic app closure each time (when you need to check your verification code, add credit card, etc), 5 star ratings when google has only 2.5, and it is impossible to find restaurant you like and order, since there is no search by restaurant name.

3. Each order is tideous, takes ridiculous amount of time and makes me want to kill myself :(((((((the last 10 orders or so within the last 3 months all have been cancelled after 15-30min.

4. After paying, your order disappears for a good 4/5mns so you don't know if it has been accepted or not.Very nice and useful app! However I have issues paying with Klarna.

6. also the payment is not the issue, my card works fine with online shopping, also it already booked the right amount.

8. Is that really necessary? Oh right, and when I "tab out" into another app, the whole UI soft-locks and I have to restart the App.There are annoying bugs, e.g., the shopping cart disappearing if you navigate around.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Lieferando Issues

1. Fix Lieferando Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Lieferando: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Lieferando App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Lieferando" » Open Lieferando -Order Food » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Lieferando » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Lieferando -Order Food app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Lieferando servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Lieferando -Order Food" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Lieferando app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Lieferando might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Lieferando. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Lieferando then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Lieferando not working


2. Fix Lieferando Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Lieferando be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Lieferando not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Lieferando may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

    I am Sophia van Aken and I started the process to apply for the driver position in Vienna (saw the ad on Glassdoor). I alreadypassed many steps but I am blocked where I have to upload my health insurance data because I am currently in the Netherlands for Christmas holiday and my healthcare card in currently at my place in Vienna. I wanted to make sure that you already noticed the beginning of my process and if it is possible to be sure that my application can be saved as such until the 31st where I can directly send you my data needed.
