1. The loyalty program needs to go back to beta.I took the time to install the app, but couldn't get the login code to work the first time, and resent a new code which didn't work either.

2. The employees at the brewery we frequent confirm many people are having the same problem.Won't allow you to bypass the automated location search when it doesn't find a place so there is no way to use the app or to enter a location manually to get around the location search.

3. I have been unable to close tickets, have had tickets that didn't update when merchant applied adjustment (even though it showed updated on merchant side), have had it randomly decide to use security features that I hadn't previously and offered no means of setting those features up, etc.

4. Big waste of my time and was a huge disappointment to have to leave the venue I was at and go to a new venue that accepted normal cash and credit.inexcusably poor customer service.

5. Every single one of us patrons have to sepnd several minutes googling to find out how to log into the terrible website that is Arryved's "insider" program just to view points accumulation.

6. I felt it notably reduced the amount of time I had to spend close to other people I didn't know.

7. It destroyed the loyalty program at my local pub (they had a local "pub club" not associated with Arryved).

8. Please fix this problem.The app worked great, until it didn't.

9. This ties in to the brewery's point of sale, so it doesn't work everywhere.

1. Fix Arryved Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Arryved: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Arryved App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Arryved" » Open Arryved » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Arryved » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Arryved app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Arryved servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Arryved" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Arryved app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Arryved might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Arryved. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Arryved then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Arryved not working

2. Fix Arryved Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Arryved be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Arryved not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Arryved may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
