1. It rarely seems to work, cannot order everything on the menu, cannot do simple SI adjustments, and now is the only way to gain and use rewards! It seems like Charley's bet big on the app, but it's an almost total failure in this previously regular customer's opinion.This App sucks: you can only put in one order at a time, one discount/coupon at a time in like 3 hours AND if you have a second order after the wait time has expired you must be near a restaurant location to enter your order for the points.

1. Fix Charleys Rewards Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Charleys Rewards: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Charleys Rewards App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Charleys Rewards" » Open Charleys Rewards » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Charleys Rewards » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Charleys Rewards app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Charleys Rewards servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Charleys Rewards" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Charleys Rewards app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Charleys Rewards might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Charleys Rewards. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Charleys Rewards then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Charleys Rewards not working
