1. However, when I try to use the promotions that I have on my account at the end of my request it always says it cannot connect to the server!! I have re-installed the app several times! It'not working at all, and the same problem was happening with everybody at the Starbucks cafe today, the attendants were trying to help but the result was always the same for everybody not just me...First, I don't understand how you promote an App in Portuguese and then it's all in Spanish.

2. Second, if we are making an effort to tell you our opinion and complain about the app being in Spanish... Why do you insist in replaying in Spanish?? Thirdly, the app presents itself with several problems, like, it's slow, the coupons are not working, I couldn't get my free drink, and there's more... I really didn't like the experience!This app has gone downhill .

3. Boring, bland, data harvesting with no advantage for us, the CUSTOMERS.I dont get why Starbucks in PORTUGAL would ask us to register in an app that is completely spanish with no translations.

4. Keep your discounts, I'm uninstalling it.Portugal is not part of Spain... if you are going to provide an app for Starbucks in Portugal, at least provide it in Portuguese or/and English.

5. Are you too lazy to translate your app? Especially when you have promotions in other countries that do NOT speak spanish? You deserve all the 1 star reviews.

6. What a shame as I go to Starbucks almost daily .. but they'll send a survey after each visit and no compensation?? If I can't accumulate points and can't make use of promotions, then it's a waste of space and completely useless.

7. The registration asks for way too much personal info.It's a shame that you didn't even care to translate the app to portuguese or at least, English.

8. The language in Portugal is portuguese, not Spanish.

1. Fix Club· Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Club·: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Club· App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Club·" » Open Club·by » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Club· » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Club·by app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Club· servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Club·by" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Club· app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Club· might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Club·. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Club· then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Club· not working

2. Fix Club· Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Club· be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Club· not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Club· may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
