1. It always says that the food will arrive in 50 min but l wait for hours - every single time.Quick delivery as usual, with a friendly delivery guy...doesnt work, the restaurants dont even receive the orders but we already paid and waited for nothing, at the end they say that the order was cancelled, dont use this appApp remake is a step backwards.. it now takes multiple clicks to get the same information, and the app is less friendly in terms of what to click next.

2. None of the restaurants seem to really want be on this app and switching between pickup and delivery is confusing.Service charge, delivery fees, overinflated prices, minimum orders, tips... That app just keeps adding more and more additional fees, more insidious than cheap airlines with the hidden costs What's next ? does this app also want us to pay for their taxes ? give to charity in their name ??It's very easy and not overpriced.

3. i don't want to use this app anymore, is not user friendly anymore, sorry.Worst app ever! Client can not call the deliver or restaurant"order cancelled" I ordered food, 40 minutes later it got cancelled.

4. I eventually used a different delivery company, deliveroo, to get food.

5. (Restaurants can set minimum prices to make the delivery worth it.)Lots of options.

6. The day after, i thought maybe they fixed it, and used the dumb 20% coupon to order food.

7. So i ordered food from a different restaurant.

8. What else, 40 minutes later: cancelled.

9. The delivery app of choice for meAlways late.

10. 30 minutes later it was cancelled as well.

11. They sent me a 20% coupon and told me "this very rarely happens".
