I have reply for my review they are sorry and asked to communicate with them, now 20 minutes on hold and no answer and funny now the app and the web site not tracked my car, maybe I am punish for my first review??? I am so desapointed since they upgraded with the new app, push notification always late compare to other tracker from other company in same car, now no notification at all even from text or emailIt used to send me notifications when the tracker moved.

2. Thanks Spytec!!!Doesn't work all the time, just like today the tracker freezes up at one location and wasn't transmitting for the rest of the day even when the vehicle is moving.

3. 30.00 a mo I cancelSince the app was updated I don't get notifications anymore On my android phone, I've uninstalled and reinstalled like everything says but nothing works.

4. I recently upgraded service plans to notifications every 30 seconds...Customer Service was very helpful, informative, and fast with the upgrade.

5. I'm not going to continue paying money just to get frustrated with something that doesn't work.New client here...been using the service for about a month.

6. I checked my phone settings and apparently I selected notifications to be blocked by Android.

7. If you need the movment notification the system doesn't work and it could impact anything you are tracking.

8. it's pretty dang cool to say the least.No received push notification anymore, this is the part I used more.

9. But only being able to use it on my computer is not useful.Still getting the hang of the features but the accuracy is fantastic and it has a lot of alert options and even more if you were to hardwire it to the vehicle.

1. Fix Hapn Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hapn: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hapn App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hapn" » Open Hapn » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hapn » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hapn app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hapn servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hapn" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hapn app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hapn might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hapn. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hapn then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hapn not working

2. Fix Hapn Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hapn be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hapn not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hapn may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
