After going through hell trying to get the app to verify your identification document comes the process of taking a selfie, which is supposed to be a super trivial task, but it is just as exhausting and frustrating as verifying your ID, and when your selfie doesn't get verified, the verification for the ID which you've spent hours on, disappears and you would have to go through hell once again.
2. On the other hand with Blackcatcard I have had few problems and all of them have been solved quickly with the help of the support team, they respond very quickly when you write them in the app chat.Worth registration process ever and support is nonsense.
