1. Considering Pantone is supposed to be the industry standard, they sure do make it hard to be accessible to new clients and customers.We paid $15 for the colour picking card AND for a premium subscription and it was incredibly inaccurate.

2. I switched default back to Chrome and the app works again! This app is a must have for anyone who loves and/or works with color!Our company spent lots of money to get they're premium on 3 accounts, it's been 2 month's we still can't use it as there are issues logging in.

3. Was also charged an extra month of Premium because Cancel Subscription DOES NOT WORK on the app.So far extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time and money.

4. Edit: I understand the free version let's you choose pantone colors, what I'm referring to is the function to convert hex or rgb to Pantone solid coated colors.

5. Free trial is great but temporary.The list of supported devices for the color match card is a painful disappointment, this is to start with.

6. There's no trial option so you can't even see if the paid functions will be useful unless you pay the extortionate prices for a monthly subscription.

7. Scanned a pitch black object, made with a carbon black pigment, and the app kept saying it was a dark plum colour, regardless of lighting or location.

8. Manually choosing colors by eye and then importing it into my editing program, only to find it's not quite the right shade I want, is incredibly inefficient.

9. Thats probably the worst app i have ever seen.I have the Samsung Z Fold 4 and I'm not able to use the measure feature.

10. Also hate you have to specify what Pantone palette you are using when you just want to know what the closest Pantone match is PERIOD.

1. Fix Pantone Connect Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pantone Connect: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pantone Connect App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pantone Connect" » Open Pantone Connect » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pantone Connect » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pantone Connect app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pantone Connect servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pantone Connect" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pantone Connect app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pantone Connect might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pantone Connect. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pantone Connect then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pantone Connect not working

2. Fix Pantone Connect Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pantone Connect be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pantone Connect not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pantone Connect may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
