Why should I report an Issue with Video Player - OPlayer?

1. Everytime it rescans but disappointed with invalid links and not able to play anything.Time to time the app erases my songs and playlist, etc, doesn't uninstall them but it happens, I'm pretty sure it's my SD card and the internal memory are getting in the middle of it (unsure) but i don't know how to stop it, on the other hand it's a great app, no ads, has playlists, never pings you for random stuff like "Listen to this!" nothing like that which is great, even works while the phone is off, not dead but off, love a lot of the features too.

2. I love n player but it hasn't been updated since 2019 and unfortunately the Google casting option doesn't really work.

3. Unfortunately VLC does not work with FTP because it will not let you browse inside the directories and select.Still this is my best video and audio player.

4. too bad it also wants to be a library and scan my phone with 256gb, and ends up hogging the whole system for hours (scanning)! it would be 5 starts if it was just a player.

7. This program supports Google casting for all supported formats of Google casting.. sure I can't cast an x-265 file but I can't do that with anything anyway.

8. unsure if the bad part is a my problem.Could you please add the "Remember Playback position" option for the video? The iOS version has it.

1. Fix Video Player Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Video Player: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Video Player App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Video Player" » Open Video Player - OPlayer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Video Player » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Video Player - OPlayer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Video Player servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Video Player - OPlayer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Video Player app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Video Player might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Video Player. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Video Player then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Video Player not working

2. Fix Video Player Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Video Player be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Video Player not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Video Player may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
