OhioHealth Customer Insights

1. I can do it just fine through the website{on my phone and laptop}, but using the same credentials on the app and it tells me my username and/or password don't match.Easy to use.

2. Often, those replies disappear after you leave the app.Everything WAS working fine, but I tried to login just now and it said there was a problem with my username or password.

3. It also asks me if I want to save my password EVERY time even though I've already clicked yes and save as well which is annoying.Very easy to use and I love how I can communicate with my doctor without visiting themThis is the best medical app.

4. I used the correct username and the new updated password and it still says there's something wrong with my username and/or password. This app is always glitching.

5. Today I try to login and it says there's something wrong with my username or password.

6. That's fine I'll just click on the "skip this step from now on" button, except that doesn't work either and though I've had it checked it asks me every time to put in a code.

7. However, it doesn't provide the options for adding information that I believe the desktop website has, like adding and editing my medical history.

8. IMPORTANT, the system does not allow screenshots so if your doctor replies to a question, take a pic with someone else's phone.

9. I like being able to contact my doctors appointments, medication refills, and asking questions.I have no idea what's going on.

10. I have a lot of history to add, but it's all from when I lived in different states and had different coverage with different companies, so it's not just a matter of connecting OhioHealth history.

11. The ability to contact your doctor, schedule appointments, and renew prescriptions is great.
