1. Not worth my time, plus, it tells you that you are not allowed to delete your information.It's too bad, when you try to do a survey it either doesn't load and goes blank or just takes you out and you have to do it again, it's frustrating.

2. If is not that its that the survey is not found.As soon as I registered I noticed that there was no option for you to put you Paypal information to receive your payments, that was a red flag for me.

3. There is no way to open a survey.You start to make the surveys and the app stoo completely.

4. Support did not say anything about reports.The survey asked me to use my phone on landscape, but the app can't rotate the screen.

5. When you go back you lose the survey and have to start all over again for the same thing to happen.

6. If not fixed I'm uninstalling it.This app is a scam, you only answer 2 or 3 surveys and then you never get another one to answer.

7. wich crashed at the end.. waste of time....App with issues but generally, they send 1 or 2 quiz per week.

8. There are usually a couple showing up but they don't open, it stay loading or get a white screen.

9. And then only 2 surveys are left for you in wich you qualified.

10. They say they'll pay you, but they never let you reach the minimum amount of 2000 points in order to transfer you the money.

1. Fix QueOpinas Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart QueOpinas: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the QueOpinas App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "QueOpinas" » Open QueOpinas » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for QueOpinas » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear QueOpinas app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from QueOpinas servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "QueOpinas" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check QueOpinas app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, QueOpinas might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall QueOpinas. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall QueOpinas then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing QueOpinas not working

2. Fix QueOpinas Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make QueOpinas be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to QueOpinas not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, QueOpinas may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
