1. subscribed 2 days before for 3 users and it does not show accurate reading.if person is offline then also it will show online.Pls fix this issue otherwise will disconnect the subscription in next month... After 8days observation i can only say waste of money.... 6th November 2022 My subscription is near to end still they are trying fix issue and are saying we are trying don't do msgs repeatedly on what's app.. 3. 100% fake, don't purchase the packages pleaseThe app has stopped working since yesterday..It seemed to be functional earlier but since yesterday the app is blandly dead and there has been no updates yet.. It's a huge letdown from an app which promised proper service... Devs kindly find a solution as we rely on your uninterrupted service..This app is the best.

Notifly was absolutely perfect for what I wanted and really helped me see where my child was going.Same i instal just now but in the app it shows 3dys free trail but subscription was start from 16.11.21 1.10pm expires on again same 16.11.21. 1.10. Completely fake appI really like the latest app Notifly.

5. after recharge it's not working too many advertisement don't waste your money it's not goodCharged monthly renewal, app states membership expired.

1. Fix Notifly Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Notifly: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Notifly App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Notifly" » Open Notifly: track your loved ones » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Notifly » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Notifly: track your loved ones app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Notifly servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Notifly: track your loved ones" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Notifly app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Notifly might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Notifly. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Notifly then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Notifly not working

2. Fix Notifly Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Notifly be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Notifly not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Notifly may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
