1. Nothing works always updates but only gets worse calling support accomplished nothing they seem to think you can just stop what you are doing to fiddle with their glitches when I am on shift I am actually working so over it ! Back to paper timesheets until my company chooses another app.It used to be a great app only in the last year it has really gone down hill!Very poor servers... takes forever to load and save documentation.
2. Keeps telling me my login credentials are invalid but I use it on my other phone and it worksHorrible! Constantly changing so it makes it impossible to get good at using it.
3. I'm going back to route sheets.Easy to use and access to needed patient info such as meds, MD info, H&P , Esign, picture uploads and so much more.
4. It will boot me out at random times and I will have to login again, restart notes, and charting.app was not working so I uninstalled it.
5. Customer service was 0 help.Correct location when I clock in; but my location is elsewhere as I clock out while I'm still with my patient.
6. I don't know if I want to stay inI have to continually login when before it kept me logged in.
7. it's been 2 days and app won't re-install on my androidWhy can you not use the pin anymore?? Constantly having to log out and log back in is really frustrating.
8. Takes hours to complete documentation.
9. when I tried to reinstall it, it just keeps circling (working).
10. It disregards my honesty and a threat to my license if Medicare will investigate.
11. Better than others that I'm currently using.It doesn't work.
