For the app (on android), when it was first installed, it just crashed.I re open it again and it works, just a little bit slow to connect because of the ads trying to load up at the same time.Where is says "Improve you apps speed," , Its not really helpful for my device to be honest, but the Wi-Fi and bandwidth, tahts helpful.

1. Fix Touch VPN Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Touch VPN: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Touch VPN App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Touch VPN" » Open Touch VPN - Fast Hotspot Proxy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Touch VPN » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Touch VPN - Fast Hotspot Proxy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Touch VPN servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Touch VPN - Fast Hotspot Proxy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Touch VPN app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Touch VPN might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Touch VPN. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Touch VPN then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Touch VPN not working
