Why should I report an Issue with GPS Air Navigator?

1. Besides the overlay compass, a navigation app without navigation aids? Where is the HSI? You need a button with a HSI for flying tracks with xvind and specific radials in/out of VORS.

2. When tipping an airport, I expect airport information, not setting a waypoint.

3. Map constantly crash and gets distortioned Not a bad app.. I would probably buy it if you added a HSII downloaded this app years ago and it worked exceedingly well until something suddenly went wrong.

4. Another thing please add the ability to paste a coordinate from Google etc instead of manually doing each field.

6. The user interface is a learning curve and the VFR pilot needs to fumble with settings, not making much sense.

9. Namely when adding a new waypoint and we give it a name, create the waypoint and add it to the route.

1. Fix GPS Air Navigator Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GPS Air Navigator: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GPS Air Navigator App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GPS Air Navigator" » Open GPS Air Navigator » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GPS Air Navigator » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GPS Air Navigator app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GPS Air Navigator servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GPS Air Navigator" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GPS Air Navigator app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GPS Air Navigator might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GPS Air Navigator. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GPS Air Navigator then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GPS Air Navigator not working

2. Fix GPS Air Navigator Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GPS Air Navigator be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GPS Air Navigator not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GPS Air Navigator may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
