1. Please fix this issue.LOVE this app! Use it all the time, for years now! Would LOVE to see more fonts added! And a search bar for stickers (to purchase)!❤ ETA- I still love the app, but find myself using other apps in its place, since I cannot search (and apparently iphones can-- I've just always had android and gotten the short end of the stick! So sad!) and so many of my purchased stickers are always blank.. about 50% of ones I can look through are also blank, and I know the app will freeze-- each time I use it.Love it recommend by a good friend who uses it often! Now I get to be creative again too... Having sooo much fun! Thank you Rhonna! 💜 And loving the new update! Having so much fun creating again.

Easy to use and great results only limit is your own imagination! 5 stars definitely recommend so many uses from a little fun on photos through full use of background papers stickers quotes doodles chalk art bible Journaling and fonts and no adds or pop ups! 10 out of 10!Edit: I reinstalled the app and gave it a second chance.

1. Fix Rhonna Designs Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Rhonna Designs: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Rhonna Designs App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Rhonna Designs" » Open Rhonna Designs » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Rhonna Designs » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Rhonna Designs app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Rhonna Designs servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Rhonna Designs" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Rhonna Designs app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Rhonna Designs might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Rhonna Designs. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Rhonna Designs then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Rhonna Designs not working

2. Fix Rhonna Designs Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Rhonna Designs be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Rhonna Designs not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Rhonna Designs may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
