1. I can't figure out why it won't work with this phone.Oh my gosh, if I could give this app NEG stars I would!! I hope people read the fine print-3 dollars for early access to your disability payment (fine) A slew of other reg fees BUT - $1 for every credit purchase (besides the fees they get from the merchants) $1.50 for every debit purchase...that 2 dollar coke WILL NOW COST YOU ( THE POOR PERSON LIVING ON DISABILITY, WORSE YET VETERAN BENEFITS) $3.50 YES, THREE DOLLARS AND FIFTY CENTS BECAUSE THE MERCHANT FEES ARE NOT ENOUGH FOR THESE GREEDY &@#I have never seeing a card charged as many fees as this hard did me.

Thank youEvery time I click on it, it will open up the Nexus card page but then it won't let me connect to where I put in my username and my password it's just a black screen.Since new update password got knocked out app.😤😤😤 can't login so I had to I reset my password online, cause app won't let you do that either.

3. 👍👍but can't login to the app, keeps saying try again later.🤷🤷🤷🤯🤯🤯 Ever since this app was recently updated now😵 💫😵 💫😵 💫 I can only access my account through online website.🤬🤬🤬*Update 4/8/23 I emailed developer and got a response, and now the app works perfect.

4. I've had Nexus card for a lot of years with minimal problems the problem I have now has nothing to do with Nexus the apps been downloading for almost an hour and it's burning my how do I cancel it from downloading I'll do it another time.

5. It was ridiculous I took my money off direct deposit on this card I will never use this card again.Fix your app it just turns white and nothing else smhI have had a NEXSCARD for YEARS now! I truly like owning it bc im terrible at keeping up with stuff sometimes due to my constant on the go lifestyle.

6. And they fixed that issue late May 2020.I used to be able to preview my account with my galaxy S7 but I now have a Samsung A12 and every time I try to set it for preview, it says my preference is updated but when I sign back in, it doesn't show the preview.

7. No problem with withdrawing and depositing on an awesome app that can't be any easier to use! Oh BTW They are secure people! With the lock card feature on this app there is no reason why you should have a negative review unless you can't sign in.

8. Then they charge me $3 for an early access when I got my money the same time on all the other cards I used as well as this one I paid what is it and then I I think I paid like $9 each time my money would load as well.

9. Just updated the app on 4/6/2023 and getting error when trying to log in.I have had NEXScard for 7 years now.

1. Fix NexsCard Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NexsCard: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NexsCard App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NexsCard" » Open NexsCard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NexsCard » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NexsCard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NexsCard servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NexsCard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NexsCard app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NexsCard might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NexsCard. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NexsCard then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NexsCard not working

2. Fix NexsCard Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NexsCard be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NexsCard not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NexsCard may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
