Why should I report an Issue with NewPhone?

1. I have no service since the T-mobile and Sprint mergerI still have the samsung sch-5735c ( the strongest phone ive ever had lol only reason for 4 stars) so i cant down load any secondary sites.Won't let me open up the app says new version on Play app won't open And still won't let me open the app 06/06/22Been wit newphone almost 2 years now and i can not complain at all! If youre a person that dont talk much this is the perfect company!Piss Poor Wireless company! Bahahaha ..More like a crackerjack box toy phone! They are just getting the clients from Gov't benefits with lifeline.

1. Fix NewPhone Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart NewPhone: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the NewPhone App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "NewPhone" » Open NewPhone » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for NewPhone » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear NewPhone app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from NewPhone servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "NewPhone" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check NewPhone app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, NewPhone might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall NewPhone. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall NewPhone then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing NewPhone not working

2. Fix NewPhone Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make NewPhone be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to NewPhone not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, NewPhone may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
