1. Edit: I've been doing the solution since June no changeI installed this app to keep up with my retirement but after logging in I changed my email and tried to change the password.
2. I'll be happy to change my rating if this is resolved.Installed and tried logging in with same the credentials as when using the website.
3. Tried the "sign up" option in the app and that didn't work either because I already have an online account setup for the website.
4. On some screens you have to have your phone rotated into landscape view to see all the content because it isn't sized to fit in portrait view and portrait view won't allow you to scroll sideways to see that content.
5. For the past 7, almost 8, months Nationwide's system hasn't worked so they haven't taken any contributions from my paycheck to put into my retirement.
6. Well thought out and executed app for the dcpShows my retirement stock and the ups age downs but it didn't show what my monthly payouts will be properly.
7. App shows the wrong account balance compared to what I've consistently seen when I log in via the website instead of the app: wrong to the tune of 19%.
8. The best thing they did can monitor information as often as needed.Great tool for making changes to future contributions.
9. Now it keeps telling me to check the password format, which I am CLEARLY following and it does absolutely nothing.
10. Don't see a way to change how the distribution should be for a general idea of my retirement.Absolutely horrible.
