1. When i purchase problem with shipping delayed too much.and product quality is too bad and i request return request is processed still no one come to collect its already been 8 days.worst online shopping servicesVery poor customer service and delivery.

2. As i believe, who would care for out of stock products.This website and their prompt next day delivery service saved my life multiple times, especially during last minute clothing orders for occasions.

3. 🙂 i came back here 2023 to purchase all of my favorite original brand items... i still love it! thank you so much Namshi! 🥰The app still shows The out of stock products, such products shouldn't be appeared, at least make it optional to show/not show out of stock products.

4. Until now, the issue on my orders has not yet been resolved.I will never order from this app again, some products are not as described and others dosen't even have a proper description their brand products are of poor quality and very disappoint.

1. Fix Namshi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Namshi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Namshi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Namshi" » Open Namshi - We Move Fashion » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Namshi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Namshi - We Move Fashion app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Namshi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Namshi - We Move Fashion" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Namshi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Namshi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Namshi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Namshi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Namshi not working

2. Fix Namshi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Namshi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Namshi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Namshi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
