1. The message is: the application on this device is incompatible!!Lab results are not updated since over 1 week, whats the point of using mobile app if they can not sync the data properly? User experience is not about fluffy screens,its about smooth journeys.There is always issues with this app, I believe they focus on Apple users.
2. Going through reviews shows that the administrator does not respond to negative messages, and if he does refer to contacts!I am using Samsung note 10+ and getting error message that this device is not compatible.
3. It started to happen with new update installed few days ago.Latest version always shows this error message to me (even though I updated the app and uninstalled and reinstalled it).
4. Extremely poor app and service I am not able to view and access the lab results, and customer care is not able to help or solve the issue.Forget registering, It is like for hill.
5. Most recent issue my app, have been updated but can't login asking me to update it !Dental appointments can't be taken otherwise it's a great app.
