1. please make a paid version where you can have much more video effects, the ability to control the amount of the effect while its recording, real time effects instead of processing the results, remove the photo and mask feature because other apps do the same thing and just concentrate making this a video app and people WILL BUY IT because I sure would.I love your app, I've been using it for a couple years now.

3. I'm surprised they have done nothing at all to fix it in months?! Guess they went out of business or abandoned the app, such a shame, it was great when it worked but it absolutely unusable now.I've been using this app for maybe 4 years now and to be honest there is no other like it.

1. Fix Artisto Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Artisto: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Artisto App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Artisto" » Open Artisto – Video & Photo Editor » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Artisto » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Artisto – Video & Photo Editor app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Artisto servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Artisto – Video & Photo Editor" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Artisto app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Artisto might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Artisto. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Artisto then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Artisto not working

2. Fix Artisto Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Artisto be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Artisto not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Artisto may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
