1. Fix it ASAP!You should never work here they screw you over on pay and hours you have worked plus the people there in charge are not the nicest and they are poorly organized and poor communication skills on top of that they pick favorites and are always canceling shift of people they dont want and when you message them and ask questions there not very helpful also too when you schedule your shift they are first come first serve they go by quick and this app doesn't update very wellApp is ok, but has quite a few glitches.

2. lets you schedule your shifts and keeps a list of the shift you signed up for.Whats the purpose of having this app? I recently lost a very much needed JOB because i needed to make out my weekly schedule but this app been loading for 2days now.

3. great idea but it falls short You get alerts all day but it's first come first serve, and within seconds the work is already being registered for and the only thing your left with is the alert that was posted a minute ago.

So thank you for this seriously unnecessary waste of timeTo start with they're sucks, for a reason that you can repost a schedule within 24hrs and more but they still cut your 🌟 rating down just a way to cut you off the app, if you reposted less than 6hrs that's understandable but not within 12, 24, or 40+hours before the start of your shift.

5. I did the updates and also uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and shifts display as available at time but when I try to select the shift it will say all shifts are filled.

6. Seconds after receiving the message, the app said "all shifts filled" or "no reposted shifts available" Big waste of time and gas for me.

7. so far I've gotten over 40 alerts and zero work, i think maybe MyWorkChoice needs to put more thought into this great app.My I am here doesn't register although the location is on.

8. ( This happens usually during phase 2 )I went to the onboarding, took the drug test, installed the app, but I was never given a job, they emailed me at least 20 times per day, telling me that there were many jobs available, but I never saw one.

9. you can call or message tech support from the app but they just give you some lame story on how to stay close to the phone for the next alert.

10. Nop, uninstalling..I have to press the app times just to see a shift and by the time I get it its pointless.

11. At first I thought they were a very good company but they're not at all and I will never recommend this company to nobody a friend or anybody.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix MyWorkChoice Issues

1. Fix MyWorkChoice Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart MyWorkChoice: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the MyWorkChoice App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MyWorkChoice" » Open MyWorkChoice » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MyWorkChoice » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear MyWorkChoice app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MyWorkChoice servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MyWorkChoice" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check MyWorkChoice app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MyWorkChoice might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall MyWorkChoice. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MyWorkChoice then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MyWorkChoice not working


2. Fix MyWorkChoice Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MyWorkChoice be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MyWorkChoice not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MyWorkChoice may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
