Thank you very much for making people lives easier.Great app & good customer service , i would recommend for when booking to have two button for those who want the taxi now and those for another sepcified time or date(booking) also it would be easier to insert data in a simple form,overall good full serviceIn the begging they had excellent service.but of late I pay like additional charges than what am supposed to pay,when you put an drop off location..it normally indicates the Amount you should be paying.. but when your trip ends the cab driver will come up with extra charges which is different from yours.

2. generally great and outstanding experience , highly recommendedIts easier for commuters around bahrain to use the app especially the have promotions if your only rounding on one are for drop on and off, hoping that there will be more available taxi that uses the app.. it doesnt have hassle and very flexible when cancelling kudos to the makers.I've been using this application for almost 3 months, and I can say that they're the most convinient and fast way to get your cheap transportation.

1. Restart Bahrain Taxi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bahrain Taxi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bahrain Taxi" » Open Bahrain Taxi: Request Ride » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bahrain Taxi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bahrain Taxi: Request Ride app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bahrain Taxi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bahrain Taxi: Request Ride" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bahrain Taxi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bahrain Taxi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bahrain Taxi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bahrain Taxi then reinstall.
