ManageGo Customer Insights

1. No issues whatsoeverThere is a hidden charge added to the rent called "convenience fee" NO one should have to pay a fee to pay their rent, please remove this charge...The app wont let me even Register..it keeps telling me that an upgrade needed it contact appThis is only for old android phone I have a galaxy note 10 and the app doesn't work whit my phoneI use it to pay rent or to contact maintenance.

Can't send error report because the message disappears before I can click it!It's amazing app, it makes paying the rent and service tickets very easy, and seeing the history is very useful.It shouldn't cost us more to pay through the app since some of us use it because we can't physically get to the office to pay in personEasy to mame payments.

3. Would like if you can be notified when you put in a complaint, when it's checked.Easy way to stay current on rental payments and keep records.

4. Fingerprint sign in returns me to the login screen over and over, until the force close.

5. Worked for about a month, now it force closes whenever I try to access it.

6. Great app...I've always had really great experiences with this application.

7. I wish it provide more options.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix ManageGo Issues

1. Fix ManageGo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart ManageGo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the ManageGo App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ManageGo" » Open ManageGo - For Tenants » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ManageGo » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear ManageGo - For Tenants app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ManageGo servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ManageGo - For Tenants" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check ManageGo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ManageGo might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall ManageGo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ManageGo then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ManageGo not working


2. Fix ManageGo Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ManageGo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ManageGo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ManageGo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
