Why should I report an Issue with 1by1 Directory Player?

1. Now 1By1 is really #1 - functional, no frills, thin program - just a role model.It's best simple player and I'm glad the android version living up its name.

But there's a bug that keep make me rolled back to v1.05 everytime I tried your update though it maybe just my phone, the sound from this app is either crackled or lagged when it played during somewhat heavy task (the quickest way is running 1by1 while starting alice gear aegis) while v1.05 or lower run very smooth under any pressure even when the phone freeze.

3. Features I would like to see - to allow user to pick and order controls, maybe a widget, bigger notification controls maybe..The music player I always wanted! It is amazing how in 2021 there are still a huge amount of people like me that hate playlists, libraries, queues etc.

4. 5 stars, easily.Discovered it for Windows, and been using for years now - still think it's best player there.

5. and just want simple things like folder playing! Hooray for the developer! Please don't forget about us! Check out the other App from the same developer for cropping MP3s: mp3DirectCutNo, I do not use DSP enhancing.

6. I've been using it in my computer for donkey's years, never bothering with any of those fancy apps/programs; I just see them as a waste of time.

10. But only miss DSP manual configuration as it been in 1.11 from which I'm updated to 1.22. Everything is fine, DSP presets are huge OK, but please return manual setting too, even under 'Advanced' tab or so.

1. Fix 1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 1 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1" » Open 1by1 Directory Player » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 1by1 Directory Player app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1by1 Directory Player" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 1. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1 not working

2. Fix 1 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make 1 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to 1 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, 1 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
