Why should I report an Issue with Sing Karaoke by Stingray?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Yokee™ to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Not recommendable.So I had a good experience but I do not like it because y'all need to stop stopping the karaoke game at 10:00 or something because there's some people who just install this and they want to sing and they haven't got a chance to sing it so that's why I gave it a one so make it better people please help the people who want to sing because it's unacceptable just to create an app to be open but you never keep it open like what's the point of that so I want you to make it better so make it be onIt only gave me a few songs to sing that i liked but then i could not watch my perfomances or sing one song i liked it at first but do not install it unless you want to pay.

2. This app does not provide access to 7 day free trial if you don't enter your banking info and i definitely won't provide my banking info or much less pay for it unless i had tried the app and knew that it can be trusted and it works well.

3. I even have netflix and other apps.Gave 5 stars at first.

4. Doesn't let me actually save the songs.

5. Wants me to pay or download something else to save more songs.

7. I just have trust issues with apps that operate this way.

1. Fix Sing Karaoke Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sing Karaoke: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sing Karaoke App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sing Karaoke" » Open Sing Karaoke by Stingray » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sing Karaoke » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sing Karaoke by Stingray app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sing Karaoke servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sing Karaoke by Stingray" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sing Karaoke app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sing Karaoke might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sing Karaoke. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sing Karaoke then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sing Karaoke not working

2. Fix Sing Karaoke Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sing Karaoke be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sing Karaoke not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sing Karaoke may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
