1. I purchased the subscription and all I keep getting is pop ups to subscribe.. but I have been paying each month for last 3 months.. I tried clearing the data and cache..and uninstall and reinstalled and still keeps popping up and interrupts the music or cant listen to certain songs .. and my baby loves the songs as we watch baby first tv daily.. very upset :/ if this can be fixed 5 stars..I can't play this game because it says that I'm not connected to the internet and I check my connection and it was connected so I check YouTube and it works fine please fix it!Needs offline content to be useful.Short clips then adsNot good it asking to connect to server and my connection is onI really really really love it.I just hate itCBeebies BBC HDI didn't hear any full songs its stupid don't waste your time, I should have listened to the other commentsI want my $15 back.

1. Fix Ba Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ba: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ba App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ba" » Open BabyFirst Music: Nursery Rhymes for Kids » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ba » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BabyFirst Music: Nursery Rhymes for Kids app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ba servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BabyFirst Music: Nursery Rhymes for Kids" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ba app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ba might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ba. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ba then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ba not working

2. Fix Ba Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ba be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ba not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ba may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
