1. A real shame as I genuinely think the content and info is excellent .I mainly downloaded this app (using my husbands device) for the meditations however they always cut out in the middle, interrupting the relaxation and causing the opposite! The yoga videos were very short too (only a few minutes each) so if you have any prior yoga experience, there's nothing new/ different.
2. It is what I would class as a 'practical' pregnancy app that actually makes me feel calmer and more relaxed.Would be good if it worked.. Every time I try listen to a meditation it plays about 2 and half minutes then just stops, even if I restart the app and pick up from where it froze it does the same thing again.
3. The teacher explains it really well and the routine is simple and easy to follow....(I'm actually doing the exercises now as I write this)I work in customer service, so I get quite a few unfriendly calls, which can be a little upsetting, especially during pregnancy, when hormones are a little up and down.
4. Gradually, I started giving the yoga classes a try and surprisingly found them really enjoyable and easy to follow for a beginner.
5. However, it always freezes part way through, just as I'm in the zone, which is really frustrating! I was hoping to be quite practiced at this stage as I'm due in a few weeks, but I'm not, and don't want to pay more money for a different app.
6. When I found this app, I mainly used the meditations, to help me relax - as I hadn't really done yoga before.
7. I'm probably now using the yoga 3-4 times per week and the meditations 5-6times per week.
8. Its such a vulnerable time and this app is so comforting and intuitive ♡The pelvic floor class is so well delivered.
9. Could be a great app, but definitely not worth the headache!Downloaded all the usual pregnancy apps.
10. However during my weeks free trial, videos and audio froze every time I used it.
11. I really love the content of this app and signed up in particular for the guided meditation in prep for birth.
