1. I have a very bad experience with their kanzi program, whenever I go to make a purchase and have the card swiped (or when I would give them my phone number when they used to accept) I have to wait to see if my reward points would show, I counted at least 10 times when I didn't, I complained to 2 branch staff members who called support for me and no one bothered to reply... I thought I would put this, if I don't get a response I will delete the app completely.customer service puts a horror show to shame.

2. be careful when ordering items on sale they will charge you full price sometimes when you check out.

3. I cancel these, because I find it unprofessional to offer products on a discounted price while you don't have them on stock (bad system is not an excuse).

1. Fix Sultan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sultan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sultan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sultan" » Open Sultan – Online Shopping » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sultan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sultan – Online Shopping app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sultan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sultan – Online Shopping" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sultan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sultan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sultan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sultan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sultan not working

2. Fix Sultan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sultan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sultan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sultan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
