Even the default number, the one of the device on which the App is running, is seen as not valid.Absolute waste of time, this app is not worth downloading ever it is does allow you type the full number you are trying to locate and because of this it shows a location where the phone is not even attime wastage app.it gives wrong results.for example i searched my phone number and it brought fake results.like am in kenya but the results said that i was in cuba .can you imagine that i almost broke up with my girl friend because of this app!!!i wouldnt recommend any one to install this appThis app is a waste of space on Google Play store, any and all cell phones.

1. Fix CallSafe Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CallSafe: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CallSafe App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CallSafe" » Open CallSafe: Caller ID & Contacts » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CallSafe » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CallSafe: Caller ID & Contacts app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CallSafe servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CallSafe: Caller ID & Contacts" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CallSafe app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CallSafe might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CallSafe. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CallSafe then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CallSafe not working

2. Fix CallSafe Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CallSafe be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
