Thufa option doesn't work, and creats problems as well, when try to use thufa option,thats already not working then if you want to use your credit with some how it shows inefficient balance, while you have much cridets.Doesn't work all time even with data Without data it is a waist app When data bundle is finished can't renew it.Very bad app It doesn't work without dataIt's a good app for AWCC SIM customers.

User should be able to use this app on phones that have AWCC sim even without internet.i give it two stars because you said that with downloading the app we earn 1 GB data but the data is not given to me it says : redeem 1GB but it does not go further and dont work i contacted cusomer care but the problem is still unsolved.

3. It should be usable when there is no active internet data in AWCC sim cards cause it's a helping app from the company.Not useful... All the pakages are expensive...When I try to get OTP but not coming so please solve the OTP.Less functionality, not reliable.

4. It's pretty good.This is not good for customers because they said you can download it and get 512 mb, unfortunately it didn't happen.It has a good potential but absence of wide range of bundles showing up and less accuracy turns it as a less useful app.

5. But it has one problem, you can't gift data for your friends, for this reason I don't want give it 4 stars.

6. It logged me out after few days, please add stay signed in option that the user should not forced to sign in again.

1. Fix AWCC Asan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AWCC Asan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AWCC Asan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AWCC Asan" » Open AWCC Asan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AWCC Asan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AWCC Asan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AWCC Asan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AWCC Asan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AWCC Asan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AWCC Asan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AWCC Asan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AWCC Asan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AWCC Asan not working

2. Fix AWCC Asan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AWCC Asan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
