3. They are fraud i order saree and it was not as per my expectations , so i started the refund process when when I go for refund it started giving option of bank name it doesnot open and without that u can't move further.

4. Yes option of coupon and money in there account which is wallet which means i can't recive my money from them.Worst app! Not able to return the product as the list of branches dont appear and you cant go ahead without selecting one.
