1. We urge MIRA to update this piece of garbage and make it user friendlyI wonder why MIRA is forcing to user to give access to contacts, location, call log, photos to install this app.

2. It is not easy for user check business information to login everytime unless user is at the location of the documents.Doesn't save payment history.

3. It's not easy to all the information all the time.Please update the app, Its saying its built for older version of Android and also cannot retrieve any data from server.. Basically cannot use.

4. Have to enter the data each time and won't save the receipt when payment has been made.This app won't allow me to save my own information.

5. This app also need to be more user friendly to avoid queues at MIRA.

6. After taking all the details at the payment the stage the app continues to show a white screen and not possible to make a payment.

8. Ekamu when i tried to pay my annual fee, it says that the parking violation is still pending.

9. Filled with bugs, software is outdated, asks for unnecessary permissions and the UI is hideous.

1. Fix MIRA Maldives Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MIRA Maldives: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MIRA Maldives App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MIRA Maldives" » Open MIRA Maldives » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MIRA Maldives » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MIRA Maldives app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MIRA Maldives servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MIRA Maldives" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
