1. How do I do this without my brain exploding?? Sure the saved photos are saved in the picture folder, but the app cannot see these newly saved photos 🙄 other apps don't have this problem, they see the 5 previously saved photos made with this app saved in said folder 🤔This is a great app.

2. Other apps that does the same things without ads as long or just frequent ads here and there, not forcing you to watch it each time.Shrunk the 'enhanced' picture (1080 vs 1900 pixels on the bigger side) and did some touch-ups.

3. Thank you so much for this app!Its cool, it does what it is but I'm giving it a 4 than 5 star just because every single time you want to process a photo you need to wait 20-30sec for an ad each time.

1. Fix MintAI Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart MintAI: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the MintAI App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "MintAI" » Open MintAI - Photo Enhancer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for MintAI » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear MintAI - Photo Enhancer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from MintAI servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "MintAI - Photo Enhancer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check MintAI app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, MintAI might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall MintAI. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall MintAI then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing MintAI not working

2. Fix MintAI Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make MintAI be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to MintAI not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, MintAI may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
