I has high hopes for this app making some of my favorite pictures from the 90s look better and it did to a few that wasn't that bad to start with but the rest wasn't even worth saving because it added faces over the people in the pictures faces.It only works while you're connected to the internet as it processes your pictures outside of your phone.

2. AI for that needs to have an option to discard earrings in edits since it always erases them.I had read one of the reviews over a year ago that your restore function for purchase does not work on the app and I can confirm even one year later that it does not work I just bought the pro.

3. Nice for the ones it works on, though.In some pictures it seems to help but in some it adds new faces over the top of the old ones and makes the pictures look super weird up close when you zoom in.

4. I wanted to buy a photo editor tonight, but two tries does not give me enough information, particularly when the app itself is on the costly side.Definitely better than I thought! It makes Samsung Photo Editor look bad, and I've been using that, FOR MONTHS! The $40 lifetime subscription may be a bit steep, but I paid $70 for a different one, so I'm not complaining.

5. App seems to work well most of the time, but it has trouble with shadows on black and white photos, and also of all the photos I enhanced, the app only enhanced faces, but none of the surroundings.

1. Fix Pixelup Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pixelup: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pixelup App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pixelup" » Open Pixelup - AI Photo Enhancer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pixelup » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pixelup - AI Photo Enhancer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pixelup servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pixelup - AI Photo Enhancer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pixelup app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pixelup might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pixelup. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pixelup then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pixelup not working

2. Fix Pixelup Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pixelup be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pixelup not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pixelup may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
