1. (I'd recommend someone to guide you or just someone to be a 2nd pair of eyes, a dictionary for full context, write notes with a pencil and paper, though you can manage without any of these with how its made.) IMO it's most useful for pronunciation, writing, stroke order, and has a lot of resources and pointers to resources available for reading sentences, memorization, and even some entomology of a lot of characters.Kanji study is a great app, admittedly a little difficult to navigate at first, but if you keep to the basics and expand as needed then it has so much to offer! I currently only have the beginner set (up to 80 kanji, I believe) and that's already incredibly immersive.
2. Just so you can study kanji for specific scenarios!Absolutely phenomenal The easy, ready, immediate access to the history of each symbol and its usage, each word's use in sentence examples, practice writing each kanji, guided study, it's all amazing And that's all just for the free version! I'm an extremely impressed This is almost an entire standalone course, how well they put it together You will not be disappointedI have tried other kanji apps before, but they are nothing in comparison yo think one.
3. It's not perfect, as writing anything on a glass screen is difficult and doesn't translate to paper very well, but it will teach you to recognize kanji, and it will teach you good stroke order.
4. For example sort kanji by what's useful for shopping trip, navigating a video game, health service, public transportation, or other common situations.
5. There are comparably good applications for learning kanji (this one is good for that too!), however this is by far the best and most feature-filled app for actually learning to draw Japanese kanji.
6. I can still access other kanji too, they're just not included in my personalized learning routine.
7. Highly, highly recommend it!!Very powerful tool for learning how to draw Japanese kanji at a fair price.
8. The fact that I can practice writing the kanji in addition to memorization is a major boon.
9. This app has been my constant companion in terms of learning hiragana, katakana, and kanji.
10. When you study a kanji, it can give common words, or any word.
11. I can click on a kanji any time and get loads of information on it no matter what I'm doing in the app.
