Why should I report an Issue with Learn Japanese - Hiragana, Kanji and Grammar?

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. This app would be a lot more useful if that feature was added for Android users.Bought the full version of the app and I can confidently say that this is a great app to use for people who know absolutely no Japanese and want to start learning.

2. This may be due to the fact that (as of the time of writing this review) the app has not been updated for 5 years but I'm still hoping that this little bug is fixed soon.So far this is the best app for learning Japanese that I have been able to find.

Without this app, I never would have been able to walk into a Kyoto bar and profess my love for cats in intelligible Japanese.Loved the app, and still love the concept and layout, but once I got to kanji the app just continually crashes and gets worse and worse until I basically can't get back into it.

4. Though when I take review test it always crashes at some point before I reach the end.The app is good(after you pay for it), but when are you guys going to add the writing feature that is available to IOS but not on Android.

6. I've tried a bunch over the past three years, and I regularly use the paid versions of Duolingo and Memrise as well, but this is the best one for learning the two alphabets, some kanji, grammar, basic phrases, vocabulary, and comprehension.

8. It's well tailored for solo learning, intuitively teaching grammar and vocab.The only thing that could be improved is the review tool.

1. Fix Learn Japanese Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Learn Japanese: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Learn Japanese App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Learn Japanese" » Open Learn Japanese - Hiragana, Kanji and Grammar » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Learn Japanese » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Learn Japanese - Hiragana, Kanji and Grammar app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Learn Japanese servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Learn Japanese - Hiragana, Kanji and Grammar" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Learn Japanese app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Learn Japanese might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Learn Japanese. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Learn Japanese then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Learn Japanese not working

2. Fix Learn Japanese Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Learn Japanese be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Learn Japanese not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Learn Japanese may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
