1. I loved this on my iphone, so disappointed it doesn't work at all on Pixel.doesn't work so hot for my note 9... I mean It does print but it goes to my canon selphy app to print and have to press all these buttons to print not what I wantOut of date app.

2. My only real disappointment (I don't print from the app) is that there's not an option to make the screen go momentarily black while the pictures are taken, so I have a distracting reflection of the phone in my glasses, over and over again.

1. Restart Pocketbooth (photo booth): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pocketbooth (photo booth) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pocketbooth (photo booth)" » Open Pocketbooth (photo booth) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pocketbooth (photo booth) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pocketbooth (photo booth) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pocketbooth (photo booth) servers.

4. Check Pocketbooth (photo booth) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pocketbooth (photo booth) might not work.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pocketbooth (photo booth) be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pocketbooth (photo booth) not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pocketbooth (photo booth) may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
