1. Can't use my Christmas gift of 2019!Google Pixel 3 Phone with all current updates connects to Bird Photo Booth cameras wifi but Bird Photo Booth app does not therefore no camera images or settings are available.

3. Really need an Update! I'll update this review when I'm more impressed.I was really excited to use this app with my new Bird Photo Booth but it will not connect to the wifi.

4. There is only one button on the first screen and that is "exit"... worth less.Won't connect to the wifi just keeps searching and searching and tells me my android system is older and to look for updates.

1. Fix Bird Photo Booth Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Bird Photo Booth: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Bird Photo Booth App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Bird Photo Booth" » Open Bird Photo Booth » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Bird Photo Booth » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Bird Photo Booth app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Bird Photo Booth servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Bird Photo Booth" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Bird Photo Booth app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Bird Photo Booth might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Bird Photo Booth. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Bird Photo Booth then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Bird Photo Booth not working

2. Fix Bird Photo Booth Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Bird Photo Booth be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Bird Photo Booth not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Bird Photo Booth may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
