1. is #12526, i have ordered a mobile case aprx 2-3 month ago that cost 1499 estimated time to delivery was 20-25 days i try to contact them they said go to the local post office, i was go there three times but in post office they said he didn't get any type of post from 'international brand' ''GROOT''.I have lost my 1500 in a second through this aap.

2. Now, even they not recieved my phone or didn't reply my text...Omg! Stop what you doing, stop scrolling, thinking, keep breathing but read this! I am not Groot; but these guys, these guys whoever's on this team they are going up in the world.

3. A camera lens coffee mig was priced between ₹200 to ₹500 in other sites which I noticed only after placing on order with Groot in which the product was priced ₹999.

4. They didn't pick up call,no message reply.This is totaly fake app, he says it's an international brand ,but it is not even fit for local shop that was situated in the road side, international my foot.

5. took some photos and sent it to groot support and they immediately dispatched a same new product which I received today in perfect condition.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Groot Issues

1. Fix Groot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

  3. Clear Groot :: Gadget Shop app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Groot servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Groot :: Gadget Shop" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Groot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Groot might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Groot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Groot then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Groot not working


2. Fix Groot Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Groot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Groot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Groot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
