My AC is Orient Super Mirror Black 12GBad experience I have installed the app but I couldn't see anything add entities page is keep loading no option is there I have added a place with lots of struggle but on clicking newly added place the page is just loading with stupid notice this is taking longer than usual try again.

2. Since three months i hv been chasing the support team, but first no one gives proper response or telling that they are working on the app to resolve the issue.

3. I have a good WiFi but when i click on products it continously loads and doesn't shows the products.

4. But to my surprise it signed me out and now i am not able to sign in with the error wrong email or password and the reset password link says unable to send email.

5. At least make the UI stable guys comeonnn!!!!Its just useless at first it worked for few days after that it stopper working.

6. I dont know why the developer does not pay attention to the errors in the app.I used to use this app 2-3 years ago it had very poor communication with the device.

7. Very difficult to login maybe slow servers and the product catalogue doesn't load at all.

8. Now I cannot turn off this mode because there is no option of Auto Pilot in AC remote.

9. Developer is damaging the repute for products which are referred to connect through Mevris.

11. If u r buying the AC because of this feature, please don't bother... Review in 2023: No changes in 3 years.

1. Fix Mevris Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Mevris: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Mevris App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Mevris" » Open Mevris » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Mevris » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mevris app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Mevris servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mevris" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Mevris app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Mevris might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Mevris. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Mevris then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Mevris not working

2. Fix Mevris Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Mevris be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Mevris not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Mevris may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
