Why should I report an Issue with VesselView Mobile?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I hate the fact your data is tied to an account and not to the module.Purchased the module to help debug my boat and it does not allow login from Android or Windows to view detailed fault information.

2. I have my engine serviced yearly and record it in the app but it still has the pop upREAD UPDATE AT THE END ++Was working great until 1/7/2020,,,now just says (Vessel View has stopped) when you start the app....Talked to a couple people who have it and they state theirs has also stopped.

3. version 1.10 dead on arrival/update.. ****************************************************************************************************UPDATE!!! found that the app had installed on the SD memory card of the phone,,, moved the app to the internal phone memory and App is now back to working...It's the most difficult to use piece of dung I've ever had the miss fortune to deal with.

4. Argh!!! Otherwise it is good.This app would be great if it had landscape mode and ability to log engine trip data.

5. Mine connected.App has worked great for the past 3 years, but with the recent update Facbook login is no longer supported and I've lost all my maintenance records.

6. Would be nice if you could export to PDF the range of sensor readings for the trip, for example water and oil pressure at various speeds, like you can with MPG graphs and charts.The startup is very frustrating.

7. I have my phone Set up to allow cookiesBut the app says it can't log me in because of the cookies.A very good app but it is not user friendly.

8. I have version 1.9.2.3a on another device that is not connect to internet,, still working properly.

9. Why does it keep insisting that I need to sign on??? Why why why?? You can get around it but then it asks the next time.

10. One is I can't pull up any data once the engine is not connected.

1. Fix VesselView Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VesselView: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VesselView App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VesselView" » Open VesselView Mobile » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VesselView » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VesselView Mobile app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VesselView servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VesselView Mobile" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VesselView app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VesselView might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VesselView. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VesselView then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VesselView not working

2. Fix VesselView Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VesselView be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VesselView not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VesselView may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
