WiFi FTP Server Customer Insights

1. Plus, there doesn't seem to be a cap on speed, so there are times files transfer faster wirelessly than they do over USB.This worked great and allowed me to easily keep my files backed up after and Android updated prevented my phone from connecting to my computer.

2. But using the FTP server for wireless backups between my phone and PC isn’t working because the backup program wants to overwrite all files on phone due to the time offsets.

3. I was very happy in the beginning and even downloaded Filezilla because I was having problems with my file explorer in windows 10, I don't know what went wrong but now I just deleted the app because it went totally useless, If someone can help me getting the app to work right then I'm all for it.!!!!I don't know about the latest version.

4. I do wish there was a way to see if active transfers were going on, so it start the download in my computer walk away and know when it is safe to turn to server off.Used to work on Google TV, after update to Android TV 12 does not work anymore.

5. I can use some help.Good if you don't have/feel like using a cable to transfer files, but in my experience, it will randomly disconnect you from your client.

6. The date and time of files (created, modified, etc) differ between a wired connection to my phone and the FTP connection.

7. Not a huge deal in that regard, but i'm having a problem reconnecting to the server and having the root folder update from the client also.

8. I find myself downloading a lot of files on my phone, and I'm too lazy to dig out a cable to transfer them to my PC.

9. Now I can pop open an app like FileZilla on my computer and pull those files off my phone without any hassle.

10. Not sure if it's a problem on the client side yet but trying to reconnect doesn't refresh the root directory on connect, in a new tab or otherwise, or after restarting the server.

11. When I try to transfer a file or folder from my PC to my phone however, it appears to do the move, but when I check the phone, there's nothing there.
