Why should I report an Issue with The MATCH PRISM®?

1. My concern is that the developers of this app are not helping med students fully understand their priorities in evaluating programs by making a template criteria with no obvious way of deleting some of them.

2. Would also be improved by linking to ERAS so that you don't have to manually add programs.Should allow you to adjust the weight of the criteria cstegories and allow to remove not just add criteria.

3. Prior to scoring each program, the user needs to add each criteria that is important to him/her in addition to the weight of importance to each criteria (minor, average, significant).

4. Some students don't want fellowships or academia, others have their own unique things in mind, some criteria in people's minds weigh more than others so that should also be factored in as well.

5. It's hidden in the corner and I only discovered this later during the interview trail making it less beneficial.Can only be used to add some programs.

6. To make it an effective system, the app needs to start completely blank on the criteria.

7. Can't scroll down screen to select programs.App gets stuck after I save programs till Mississippi.

1. Fix The MATCH PRISM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart The MATCH PRISM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the The MATCH PRISM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "The MATCH PRISM" » Open The MATCH PRISM® » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for The MATCH PRISM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear The MATCH PRISM® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The MATCH PRISM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The MATCH PRISM®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The MATCH PRISM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The MATCH PRISM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The MATCH PRISM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The MATCH PRISM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing The MATCH PRISM not working

2. Fix The MATCH PRISM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make The MATCH PRISM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to The MATCH PRISM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, The MATCH PRISM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
