Why should I report an Issue with AI Locker: Hide & Lock any App?

1. Works as described! Easy to install, easy to use, gives suggestions for apps to lock down, takes photos when unlock attempts fail, pops up when new apps are installed.

2. The app does auto-run when the device starts up but it does't auto-run fast enough and I was able to start locked apps upon start-up of the device.It works pretty well and I didn't have many issues.

3. But you can still access and delete the apps you've locked if you go to >Settings >Apps >Recently Opened apps in settings, I recommend fixing that or coming up with a solution.

4. I am not the only one with a thumbprint saved to this phone but I don't want them going on specific apps that's why I wanted an app lock.

5. I thought the purpose of an app locker is to add a second layer of security to your device by preventing somebody from accessing certain (or all of your) apps.

6. It does though sometimes allow the user to see the app content for a second before the crashing icon comes on though, and the ads will pop up when you click on the app allowing the person to realize that you have an app lock on your phone.

7. I was using it for months, it was incredible, so easy to use and it locked your apps very well.

I would give it 5 stars if that could be fixed.Ever since the newest update, the ads are now absolutely rampant with the obvious goal of frustrating you so much that you'll cave in and buy into the lifetime subscription model, but.. All it's doing for me is making me want to look for alternatives, because *Jesus Christ*.. And zero ads because I stopped using this means less money for them.

9. It takes a while to start when the phone is restarted which is on one hand understandable and on the other unacceptable and randomly just does not lock anything unless I go into the app and turn off and then back on.

10. Suggestions: would be nice if the apps you locked down were blacked out when viewing the Open Apps window.

11. I have tried literally 7 lock apps now and this is the only one that has done it's job without fault.

1. Fix AI Locker Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart AI Locker: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the AI Locker App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "AI Locker" » Open AI Locker: Hide & Lock any App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for AI Locker » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear AI Locker: Hide & Lock any App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AI Locker servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AI Locker: Hide & Lock any App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AI Locker app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AI Locker might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AI Locker. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AI Locker then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing AI Locker not working

2. Fix AI Locker Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make AI Locker be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to AI Locker not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, AI Locker may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
